I have almost 15 years experience in the healthcare landscape primarily, working with Primary Care offices on quality improvement projects for Medicaid and Medicare Advantage. Most recently, I managed several innovative pilots on topics ranging from diabetic care management, to behavioral health integration to post-partum care. I have expertise in quality improvement methods, quantitative and qualitative studies, social determinants of health, preventative care, etc. This experience coupled with my master's degree in Public Administration and bachelor's degree in Sociology allows me to focus on both the big picture as well as the patient-level detail. I am thrilled to apply these skills in my role as Research Coordinator implementing the many important objectives of the National Family Medicine Strategic Plan for Research.
