The wait is over because registration is officially open for the 50th Annual Meeting.

Please plan to join us in person November 18-22, 2022, at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown in Phoenix, Arizona. This year, we’ll continue to provide the learning, sharing, and networking you’ve come to expect, along with special programming and entertainment commemorating our 50th Anniversary.

What to Know Right Now for the 50th Annual Meeting

We are planning many special experiences for you in Phoenix. Here are available details to help you plan your Annual Meeting experience. More conference details will be provided in the coming weeks and months, including schedule times for individual presentations, forums, workshops, orals, and posters.

    • Hotel & Travel: We can’t wait to see everyone live and in person. We recommend booking now so you can get your best flight options. Also, you won’t want to miss out on the NAPCRG room block at our host hotel. Special rates are available in our limited room block through October 18, 2022.
    • Program Schedule: Our programming committee and staff are finalizing details. You can see an outline of the latest conference schedule to help you with your travel arrangements.

We have a variety of partnerships and visibility options available and would appreciate you making your network aware of ways they can get their message out to our members.
    • Author Showcase: Back by popular demand, we are offering the Author Showcase. This is a unique way published NAPCRG book authors can display and sell their works at the meeting.
    • Career Corner: Organizations can promote job openings to attendees in a variety of ways, including having dedicated information featured in the Career Corner of our poster hall.
    • SIG & Roundtable Discussions: Special interest group (SIG) and roundtable discussions are a great way to learn and network in a comfortable setting each morning during breakfast. Reserve your space today.
    • Meeting Space Request: Details are available online for groups or organizations outside NAPCRG that would like to hold meetings or events in conjunction with the 50th Annual Meeting.
    • Information for Presenters: Notifications for accepted submissions went out in June. We are excited that so many members are sharing their research. Presenters can find helpful information, according to your specific presentation category, on our website.
    • Annals of Family Medicine Publishing: Abstracts for accepted presentations (orals and posters, including SRF posters) of completed research are eligible for publication in a digital format of The Annals of Family Medicine. This issue will be available at a date following the 50th Annual Meeting. To ensure accuracy in the publication, lead presenters must have all appropriate authors listed in the submission by Friday, October 14, 2022. See instructions here for updating authors.
    • Health & Safety Policy: All members attending the conference must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, wear masks, and adhere to all local, state, and national mandates, as well as guidance from the facility staff. Full policy details are available online. The NAPCRG Executive Committee and staff continue to monitor COVID-19 health protocols. Specific requirements and updates will be communicated as conditions warrant.
